custom cast Remco warrior beasts body

I commissioned this 2 toned body from a custom caster to somewhat match this head. I think it has a nice vintage look.

  1. He definitely looks like a legit vintage figure. I wouldn't have been surprised to learn this was a real figure that was sitting on the shelves of an 80s drugstore. He's unique enough to stand out but there's something about him that screams dollar store, but I mean that in a good way.

    1. Its crazy to think about the fact that the cheap off brand figures are the ones bringing the high dollars these day. Like for instance Speclatron Dethlor,I got him in the 80's at toys r us and he was less than $1.00 but these days he will cost you $1500.00 broken.

    2. Yup. Everyone purchased the "real stuff" like Masters of the Universe and neglected these.

  2. Yeah, these figs are so popular right now.I wonder how long it'll last with all the new figures like this coming out from independent toy lines.Or will the comeback be permanent ?

    1. Well it looks like Mattel plans to start releasing MOTU in this style in stores again so it might be here to stay.
